CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE
A refund of 100% of the ticket price (including any booking fee) will be given if the event is cancelled prior to the event date. If the event is cancelled once it has commenced (e.g. due to venue evacuation), no refund will be payable. Refunds will not be issued as a result of a change in your personal circumstances, and complimentary tickets do not qualify for the refund policy.
Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. To the fullest extent permitted by law neither Flicket nor the event holder will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of the event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
Refunds will be actioned after the event day and will be returned to the valid credit card or payment method used at time of the original purchase by the original ticket purchaser. Refunds will not be issued to any individual who is not the original ticket purchaser. Note: if the credit card is no longer valid, a Flicket representative will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method for refund. This may delay your refund timeframe.
Automatic refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the event. Please allow 28 days from the date your refund request email has been received by Flicket for manual refunds to be credited. Please check your credit card statement to confirm you have received your refund.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
For the safety of all people who attend the event, all patrons and their possessions may be subject to a search prior to being granted entry into the venue.
